Returns

Each piece is handmade with care and created individually, one order at a time. Because our pieces require dedicated time, materials, and craftsmanship, we currently don’t accept returns or refunds.

As a small handmade business, each order is prepared specifically for you. Once your materials have been cut and your piece has entered production, these costs cannot be recovered. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our small team.

Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, materials may have already been purchased, cut, reserved, or your piece may have entered production. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee cancellations after 24 hours.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Handmade & Delicate Pieces

Every piece is handmade and carefully inspected before it is shipped. Because of the delicate nature of our garments, we kindly ask that you handle and put them on with care.

Please be especially mindful of jewelry, lace, ribbons, bows, trims, and other delicate details when dressing.

We are unable to accept responsibility for damage caused after the item has been received, including tears, rips, stains, pulls, or damage resulting from improper handling or wearing.

Every order is carefully checked and photographed before packaging to ensure that it leaves us in perfect condition.

Shipping & Transit Damage

All orders are carefully packaged before being shipped.

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, the package is under the courier’s responsibility during transit. We are not responsible for delays, mishandling, loss, or damage caused by the courier after the package has left us.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and contact us as soon as possible so we can help you determine the best next step.

Before You Order

Because each piece is handmade individually, slight variations may naturally occur. These small differences are part of what makes handmade pieces unique and are not considered defects.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide & product description carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.
